About the Practice

Rocky Mountain Neurosurgery provides advanced neurosurgical care for patients in Colorado and the surrounding region.  It is conveniently located providing easy access to patients in the Denver Metro area as well as the entire Front Range community.  We are affiliated with Sky Ridge Medical Center, Parker Adventist Hospital, Castle Rock Adventist Hospital, and Porter Adventist Hospital.

We are committed to excellence by providing the highest quality care.  At Rocky Mountain Neurosurgery our primary goal is to provide diagnosis education so that patients can make informed decisions regarding their treatment options.  This treatment approach is known as patient-centered care, where questions are not only welcomed but encouraged.

Our goal is to minimize wait times while maximizing patient outcomes through detailed history and physical examinations and the judicious use of non-operative or operative treatments as dictated by the individual case.   In a field where precision is crucial, we utilize the latest technology which includes endoscopic spine surgery, minimally invasive spine surgery and image guidance.  Dr. Mobley is known for his extensive experience and training in complex spinal procedures, minimally invasive approaches, and use of computer assisted 3-dimensional navigation in both spinal and cranial surgeries.  He is also certified to provide Cyberknife planning for intracranial and spinal lesions and partners with the local Cyberknife treatment center.

We treat adult spine and cranial problems, including the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine regions as well as brain tumors and other complex diseases.

Our office staff includes two friendly medical assistants and a certified Physician Assistant, Nicholas Agvent, PA-C.
